ResCav Wins $10,000 Award at DIU/NSIN Foundry Showcase
We’re proud to share that ResCav was awarded second place and a $10,000 prize at the 2024 Foundry Showcase Day, hosted by the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) and National Security Innovation Network (NSIN). This recognition highlights our ongoing efforts to bring rapid, non-destructive circuit authentication technology to defense and commercial markets.
The Foundry program is a highly competitive, four-month commercialization accelerator that connects Department of Defense (DoD) technologies with entrepreneurial teams. Participants work closely with lab inventors, defense users, and commercialization experts to develop viable go-to-market strategies for advanced federal IP.
ResCav was selected for its innovative electromagnetic signature-based detection system, which enhances quality assurance for mission-critical electronics at military sustainment centers. Our solution stood out for its potential to address growing concerns around counterfeit and tampered integrated circuits across the defense supply chain.
Over the course of the program, our team participated in intensive workshops on federal licensing, prototyping, and procurement pathways, while refining our approach alongside leading innovators and national security stakeholders.
We’re grateful to DIU, NSIN, and the entire Foundry cohort for the opportunity to accelerate our mission. This award strengthens our resolve to deliver trusted, scalable tools that safeguard electronics in both defense and commercial sectors.
Stay tuned—ResCav is just getting started.
